About Miranda

Miranda has been exploring intentional living and practical minimalism for over ten years She has fifteen years of experience as a lifestyle educator, background as a nurse, author, and weekly podcast host.

In 2017 she completed a year-long shopping pause with her family of five, and concurrently downsized her home and overall belongings by half. The lessons learned from the challenge were published in Miranda's book: More Than Enough: How One Family Discovered A More Abundant Life Through A Year Of Practical Minimalism.

She takes a practical, relatable, and mindful approach to minimalism, recogninzing that life is personal. We all want different things, but most of us want the same feelings of contentment, success, and joy.
